Greater Egypt Community Of Interest
The Greater Egypt Community of Interest is a powerful leader in community and economic development, and represents a region of abundant resources. A major goal of the Greater Egypt COI is to strengthen bonds among its citizens and develop ties between its region and all of the counties of Connect SI. To achieve this goal, it will increase broadband availability to its citizens and create opportunities for connection with other counties in southern Illinois, the nation, and the world.
Communities of Interest (COIs) are either Industry Specific Groups, or regional Community and Economic Developers (CEDs) that share common interests.
