Southern Eastern Illinois Community Of Interest
The Southeastern Illinois Community of Interest is a community leader that connects resources within the six-county region and promotes the wide spectrum of resources its region has to offer. To enhance quality of life and increase the standard of living for its citizens, Southeastern Illinois COI has pledged to create more broadband opportunities within its region and to strengthen connections with other counties in southern Illinois, the nation, and the world.
Communities of Interest (COIs) are either Industry Specific Groups, or regional Community and Economic Developers (CEDs) that share common interests.
