Southern Five Community Of Interest
Since its inception in 2006, the Southern Five Community of Interest has been a leader in community and economic development. Major goals of the Southern Five COI include increasing broadband availability for its citizens and strengthening connections with other regions in the Connect SI 20-county area. As connections within southern Illinois become more robust, the region's future promises a higher standard of living and an enhanced quality of life for its residents.
